    Ed II leads Vanguard in delivering innovative building solutions. Since founding Vanguard in 2016, he has been a part of 1000+ building projects. He holds a BA Degree in History and Theology from UNH.

  • Ed Vicente I

    CAO

    Ed I plays a key role in enhancing Vanguard’s vision, strategic initiatives, and transformation directives. He leans on four decades of business management and construction experience.

  • Luanda Soares

    COO

    Luanda oversees Vanguard’s operational procedures. She is skilled in six sigma lean principles and efficiency modeling. She holds a BA Degree in Law from Notre Dame, as well as an MBA in Controlling from Uconn.

  • Afonso Fonseca

    CPMO

    Afonso oversees all of Vanguard’s exterior and interior building install envelopes. He holds several architectural design and safety certifications, including OSHA10 and OSHA30.

  • Alexi Kosakos

    CFO

    Alexi steers Vanguard’s financial management needs. In addition to internal accounting, she is also adept to value engineering both traditional and non traditional building projects.
